Sunday 25th June 2006 at 11am. Location, The Seafront, Bournemouth

Despite appaling weather, thousands of brave women turned out (and yours truly, with my trusty Nikon!) for the now regular run between the piers on the Bournemouth seafront. A total contrast from the severe heat of the 2005 run!

I wasn't able to get to the 2007 run but as my partner Claire hopes to be running again this year I am hoping to be at the next Race for life on the 22nd June 2008 to take more pictures.
2008 Race For Life: Bournemouth Seafront Sunday 22 June 2008 14:00, I'll be at the afternoon run only I'm afraid. If you are entering the race make lots of noise as you pass the cliff lift and refresment kiosk. I'll be right in between them with my camera.
